Pre-Patch ShadowlandsBattle for Azeroth is about to come to an end and players have less and less time before the next expansion - Shadowlands. And at the same time, there is less time to complete some tasks and receive certain rewards that will no longer be available or that will become more difficult to obtain after the release of the prepatch and the release of the add-on itself. This article contains all the known information about what things you need to get and what you need to do in Battle for Azeroth before the release of Shadowlands.
Listed below are all currently known things that, after the release of Pre-9.0 for Shadowlands, will completely cease to be available for players to obtain. These items are tied to the actual Battle for Azeroth content, so it's worth working on first.
With the release of the pre-patch, players will no longer be able to earn the Ahead of the Curve: N'Zoth the Corruptor and On the Edge: N'Zoth the Corruptor achievements for defeating the final boss of the Waking City of Ny'alotha, N'Zoth the Corruptor, at Heroic and Mythic levels difficulties.
Mythic + Dungeons
Along with the end of Battle for Azeroth, Season 4 of Mythic Dungeons will end and players will no longer be able to receive several seasonal rewards, these are: the title "Awakened" for the achievement "Keymaster Conqueror of Battle for Azeroth: Season Four" for completing all current dungeons at least level 10 on time and transport Awakened worm of doubt for reaching "Battle for Azeroth Keystone Master Season 4" to complete all current dungeons at least level 15 on time.
Operation Mechagon
With the release of the prepatch, one of the achievements of the Operation "Mechagon" dungeon - "Storm in the Iron Desert" (for the complete completion of a difficult mode in one save without death), as a reward for which the legendary version of the Azerite essence "Vision of Perfection" is given, will no longer be available for obtaining
With the end of Battle for Azeroth, the current PvP Season 4 will also come to an end, which means that players will not be able to receive the corresponding PvP rewards, including titles, weapons, armor of elite equipment sets of special colors, cloak, enchant for weapons and tabard. These rewards are unlocked gradually as the rank increases in the rated arenas or battlegrounds
The effects of N'Zoth's corruption on items will expire at the time of the release of the update leading up to the launch of Shadowlands.
With the release of the patch, players will no longer be able to receive Rank 4 Azerite Essences, since this is a purely cosmetic prestige reward for playing in the current content. At the same time, it will become impossible to complete the difficult achievement "Phenomenal Cosmic Force", which requires obtaining all legendary rank 4 Azerite Essences for your role from patch 8.2 (and this also requires completing all Mythic + dungeons of the expansion at least level 15 in time and receiving a PvP chest after reaching 2400 points in rated PvP, which will also no longer be available in the prepatch). This great feat is rewarded with the title "Defender of Azeroth".
At the time of the release of the pre-patch, it will no longer be available for obtaining the prestigious achievement of creepy visions of N'Zoth - "Mad World", which is already considered a great feat. This challenging achievement requires completing the entire eerie vision of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in one solo campaign under the influence of 5 faceless masks, and is rewarded with the title "Faceless".
With the end of Battle for Azeroth, the current season of Brawler's Guild will also come to an end. Although the developers have not yet confirmed this information, most likely all the current achievements of this type of content will be moved to the "Legacy" tab, and new ones will come in their place (as was the case in previous times). Don't forget to complete the Murder Investigation side-quest, which ends up with Bruce the Crocolisk as a reward.
